Police Say Registered Sex Offender Abducts Girl

Police in Cedar Rapids are searching for 10-year-old Jetseta Marrie Gage. Police say Jetseta is mentally challenged.  According to cops a family acquaintance, 37-year-old Roger Bentley, took Jetseta from her home about 8:15 pm and left in a pickup truck. Police say Bentley is a registered sex offender.  Police now have Bentley in custody. Lt. Kelly Fitzpatrick says they don't have much to go on because all the information is coming from Jetseta's little brother.  He says the children's grandmother was taking care of them when Bentley took the girl without permission. He says the grandmother was in the house, but wasn't there to stop the child from disappearing.
